The lightly figured AA maple cap adds brightness to the warm midrange from the mahogany, delivering the classic Les Paul tone that has been the Standard since the 1950s. The top is framed by single ply binding, as you would expect, but here it is white rather than the usual cream. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe mahogany neck features a comfortable Medium C profile carve that strikes the perfect balance between too thin and too big. It is fitted with a one-piece rosewood fretboard. Clean white binding also appears on the fretboard, which is also equipped with 22 medium jumbo frets and adorned with cellulose trapezoid inlays. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe headstock is equipped with a nylon nut and Kluson® single-line, single-ring tuners, ensuring stable tuning. The strings pass over a no-wire ABR-1 bridge that delivers full adjustability for action height and individual string intonation, and anchor solidly to a lightweight Stop Bar tailpiece. The pots are capped with gold Top Hat knobs with dial pointers.
