Do you take trades?

We’re only able to take trades in person here at the shop.
We can’t do long-distance trades or give estimates without seeing the instrument firsthand. Thanks for understanding.

Do you buy guitars?

Yes, we do buy guitars — but please note, we have to offer wholesale trade-in value since we’ll need to resell it.

If you’re looking to get top dollar, we recommend selling it yourself directly to an end buyer. Reverb is a great option — you can even print a discounted shipping label through them.

What kind of setup do you do before shipping?

Every guitar we ship receives a factory-spec setup, including action, neck relief, and intonation — all dialed in with the factory string gauge it was designed for.

Can I request a custom setup before shipping?

We have to keep the setup to factory specs and string gauge.

This ensures the instrument is presented exactly as the manufacturer intended and keeps our return policy manageable.

Once you receive it, please do not do a custom setup on it unless you are sure you are going to keep it. See our Return Policy.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can for some countries. International customers are responsible for shipping costs and any import taxes, duties, or customs fees.

If you send us your full shipping address, we’ll be happy to provide a quote.

Please note: All international sales are final due to the logistics, costs, and complexities of overseas shipping. We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on international orders.

What shipping services do you use?

We ship via FedEx Ground, fully insured, with careful packing and a professional setup included.

Faster shipping options (like FedEx 2-Day) can be arranged at additional cost.
