Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to damage or a defect. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs—we do not issue return labels.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following requirements:
- Be in the same condition as received.
- Be unregistered and in original packaging.
- Include all accessories and documentation (trem arm, owner’s manual, warranty card, quick-start guides, etc.).
- Have all protective plastic (e.g., pickguard stickers) intact.
- Show no signs of wear or use.
- Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

If your order was placed on Reverb, Amazon, or eBay, please submit the return request through that platform. Our Customer Service team will process the refund upon receipt of the returned item(s).
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.
