FREE SHIPPING

Fuller’s Guitar offers free shipping on all items within the contiguous United States (lower 48) via FedEx.

Orders under $1,499 qualify for Free Ground Shipping (1–5 business days).

Orders $1,499 and over qualify for Free 2-Day Shipping*.

*Exclusions: Free 2-Day Shipping does not apply when using discount codes or on already discounted items (such as sale items, used items, or scratch & dent). Discounted items will ship via FedEx Ground.

Additional Details

Signature Required: All deliveries valued over $300 require Direct Signature.

Processing Time: Most orders ship within 24 hours (weekdays). Orders placed and cleared by 1:00 PM CST (Mon–Fri) ship the same day.

2 Day Shipping: FedEx Express delivers on business days only (Monday–Friday). Please allow 2 business days for delivery from the shipment date. For example, orders shipped on Friday are typically delivered on Tuesday. Saturday delivery may be available for an additional charge in select areas

Tracking: Tracking details are provided once a shipping label is created. Tracking info will update when the item is picked up by Fedex. 

Pickup Option: If you won’t be home to sign, let us know and we can hold the package for pickup at a nearby FedEx location.

PO Boxes: We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. FedEx requires a physical street address for delivery, and most FedEx services cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address when placing your order.
